Turning your ideas into reality

Every project starts with collaboration. We work to understand the product you desire as well as how that product fits into the final assembly. We find that it is vital to understand the bigger picture. From here we analyze the design for manufacturability. This information is provided to our customers to help reduce cost and increase profitability.

Our engineers use the latest in Computer Aided Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing (CAD, CAE, CAM) software to take your product from design to finished part. A digital-twin of the finished product is used to design and build workholding, tooling, testing, and gauging systems to ensure that your physical product meets your needs.

Quality Assurance

Ensuring part accuracy and repeatability

We carry the digital-twin data through all areas of our operation. The digital-twin is used to program our Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to check the physical part. This data is then used to produce robust PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation for your quality organization review and approve.

All gauges (standard and custom) are calibrated on a routine basis and all documentation is readily available to our customers. We use industry leading software to maintain all gauge certifications and ensure traceability to NIST standards.
