Milling Capabilities:
- 2.5 – axis through 5 – axis milling
- 400mm, 500mm, and 630mm Horizontal Machining Centers
- Full 5-axis capabilities with our 550mm Mill-Turn Machining Center
- Maximum part volume of Ø1,050mm x 1,000mm [Ø41.3 inches x 39.4 inches]
- Maximum part weight of approximately 1,820 kg [4,000 pounds]
- Hold feature tolerances of 25 microns regularly
- In-house Workholding, Tooling, and Gauging design and build
Turning Capabilities:
- 2 – axis Turning ranging from Ø150mm [Ø5.9 inches] to Ø800mm [Ø31.5 inches]
- 4 – axis Turning Center with live tooling and sub-spindle ranging from Ø25mm [Ø1.0 inch] to Ø300mm [Ø11.8 inches]
- 2 Vertical Turning Centers
- 3 Horizontal Turning Centers
- Maximum VTL part volume of Ø1,000mm x 550mm [Ø39.4 inches x 21.6 inches]
- Hold feature tolerances of 25 microns regularly
Assembly and Testing Capabilities:
- Secondary assembly operations, including bearing, plug, and fitting installation
- Washing capabilities to meet customer part cleanliness requirements
