Conditions for product returns:

• All returns are governed by the vendor’s return policies, warranty terms, and restocking fees.
• Any modified, custom, or non-standard enclosure products cannot be returned.
• Must be the current product series, not obsolete and in a resalable condition.
• All material must be in the original unopened carton.
• Not installed, not used, no power applied.
• No physical damage to the product or original packaging.
• If the product is factory sealed, the seal must be intact, not tampered with, or broken.
• No stickers, tape or labeling other than from the manufacturer or Kirby Risk.
• No writing on the box.
• In original carton with all packaging, accessories, carton inserts, including protective electrostatic discharge bags and coverings.
• Cut wire is not returnable.
• All returns are subject to final inspection before credit is issued.

Shipping error returns:

• Shipping errors must be reported within 10 calendar days. Kirby Risk may request photos to review any shipping issues.
• Shipping error returns include:
  • Shipping error – part number on carton label does not match the part number on the invoice.
  • Packaging error – part number on the carton label does not match the part number on the product inside of the carton.
  • Shipping overage – product received, but not ordered/invoiced.

This return policy excludes:

• The product was ordered and applied incorrectly.
• The product was incorrectly marked or labeled, except in cases where the error is attributable to the manufacturer.

Any damaged product must be reported to Kirby Risk within 24 hours.

Credit:

The actual purchase price, less applicable restock charges, will be credited to your account. Authorization of the return does not guarantee that credit will be approved. Credit will be issued upon the successful return and inspection of the product.
