The terminal has a vinyl-insulated, butted-seam barrel and withstands temperatures of -40 to 221 degrees F (-40 to 105 degrees C). Its electrolytic copper construction offers good conductivity and a tin-plated finish resists corrosion.

The tongue slips over the female tap to create a secure attachment that doesn't loosen over time, and the butted-seam barrel has a funnel-shaped, rigid-molded, polyvinyl chloride sleeve for added protection. The blue sleeve helps you guide the wire into the correct position and relieves mechanical stress at the insulation point to ensure proper electrical contact. This terminal are UL Listed, CSA Certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant for quality and safety.
